After talking to Pavel Vladymirovich Bortnikov, a teacher from the correction school N127 (the only school for blind and visually
impaired children in Chelyabinsk), we decided to make a “talking” Braille alphabet to make it easier for children to learn Braille. The device is intended for primary school pupils. When a symbol is entered, it is voiced and can be sensed by fingers. This way children can learn Braille by themselves.
